The Implementation Series supports clinicians to translate research evidence into everyday clinical practice. Developed in collaboration with implementation expert Professor Sharon Mickan, and aligned with QH-TRIP frameworks, the program offers flexible, modular training tailored to busy healthcare schedules. The two-tiered program includes Implementation Foundations for those new to implementation, and the seven-module Implementation Masterclass for staff planning or engaging in implementation and translation projects.
