AH-TRIP Showcase 2023
Allied Health – Translating Research into Practice (AH-TRIP) is an initiative that aims to embed knowledge translation from research within the usual business of Hospital and Health Services by building the capacity of the health practitioner workforce. The annual AH-TRIP Showcase celebrates research translation activities supported and undertaken by health practitioners across QLD health services.
- Overall Winner: Kelly Costa, Avoiding A TRIP – Vestibular Rapid Access Service.
- Partnerships Award: Rohan Ballon, The SWHHS Rural Immersion Placement Program – Allied Health (RIPPAH).
- Lessons Learnt Award: Ann Rahmann, Routine screening for vestibular system dysfunction in older community rehabilitation clients is evidence-based but implementation has not yet been effective.
